Aube Kombucha

Aube Kombucha is a small business based in Waterville in the Easterm Townships, born out of a passion for fermentation and for living, carefully crafted products. Founded by Julie Henrie, the company continues to evolve today under the guidance of Élouann Marcoux, its new owner and brewer.

AUBE creates artisanal kombuchas, carefully brewed, where simple ingredients and precise flavor combinations give rise to distinctive and delicious products. A healthy, festive, non-alcoholic alternative, a refreshing way to enjoy a drink. Completely alive!

Our kombucha is made from organic black and green tea. As fermentation progresses, the sugar and tea naturally transform, developing the acidity, aromas, and effervescence characteristic of kombucha. The result: a low-sugar, lightly sparkling beverage rich in probiotics, whose complexity evolves throughout the brewing process.

Each candle is entirely handmade with exceptional attention to detail to recreate the appearance of delicious desserts in a trompe-l’œil style.

Cajù

Cajù Products offers a line of artisanal, fermented plant-based “fauxmages” made from organic, fair-trade cashews. Inspired by traditional cheeses, their products feature a creamy texture and rich flavour, while being entirely vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and free of preservatives.

Orange Café Mobile was born out of three young Quebec entrepreneurs’ passion for specialty coffee.

The team aims to create a warm and friendly atmosphere centered around coffee prepared with care and served with passion.

Refuge le Château

Le Refuge Le Château is a nonprofit organization dedicated to taking in and providing shelter for abandoned cats, dogs, and other small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, etc.).

Here, the cats aren’t kept in cages and have the opportunity to stretch their legs, socialize, and come greet you.

Their goal is to provide the animals with a pleasant environment while giving visitors the chance to get to know their personalities as they wait to find their new families… for life!

Seb’s Soaps

Seb’s Soaps offers eco-friendly olive oil-based soaps, cold-processed and inspired by French techniques, as well as a range of natural personal care products, such as an aluminum-free deodorant and a sulfate-free solid shampoo.

Sos Lapins orphelins

This shelter, located in the Estrie region, takes in stray, abandoned, neglected, or at-risk rabbits.

The shelter relies on foster families and partner shelters to house its rabbits, and the organization does not practise euthanasia.

Once taken in, the rabbits are examined by an exotic animal veterinarian and spayed or neutered before being put up for adoption through a rigorous family selection process.

Sos Lapins Orphelins stands out for its big heart, welcoming even the most medically complex cases.
